Client Services
Environmental Testing and Consulting, Inc.’s Client Services acts as the liaison between the laboratory and client. The CSD’s goal is to ensure that the client’s expectations are met on a consistent basis. The CSD acts as the client’s representative within the laboratory to ensure that adequate priority is assigned to each project.
Client Service Representatives (CSRs) give our clients a source within the laboratory for the following types of activities or requests:
- Current status on in-house samples/projects.
- Support for questions and inquiries relating to analytical results.
- Support for questions related to Quality Control issues.
- Verification of analytical regulatory requirements (e.g. UST, wastewater…)
- Request for sample kits.
The Client Service Representative operates under the premise that client’s needs come first.
